Vickie! Thank you for allowing this venue to talk to you. my name is Reginna Scarber and I am the current president of the SPE birmingham, Alabama chapter. I was wondering whether the national chapter could give some financial support to newly formed chapters to help them flourish and increase membership. Our chapter is relatively new and we are stuggling to increase membership and increase interest in SPE.
